Tangram was founded in 1999 by Dr. Tami Zemel.
With more than twenty-five years’ experience as a manager, Tami Zemel, Ph.D., has initiated and mastered a host of state-of-the-art management theories and methods. For fifteen years, she coached process improvement programs in more than forty companies. As a mentor and consultant, she has meticulously and caringly guided managers at various levels of seniority to fulfill their potential and to improve their business operation.
Tami is a Certified Scaled Agile Framework for Lean Enterprise (SAFe ) Program Consultant and certified to teach SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Product Manager/Product Owner (PM/PO), Advanced Scrum Master (ASM) and Leading SAFe Courses.
Dr. Zemel is one of 200 High Maturity Lead Appraisers worldwide to be certified by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) of Carnegie Mellon University to lead formal appraisals of companies using the CMMI models as reference. Her Ph.D. thesis dealt with management of the development of large and complex System of Systems (SoS).
Dr. Tami Zemel is a specialist in software development and R&D management. Her areas of expertise span software and systems engineering, quality assurance, project management, and organizational development.
Michael has more than 40 years of experience as a manager in all levels of the organization from team leader to VP for Operations and Project Management.
Michael is a specialist in leading large and complex mission-critical projects and execution in large hi-tech companies.
Having both technical and business development background Michael guides teams and individuals in proposal preparations, contract negotiations, pricing, project planning and monitoring and risk management.
