Tangram Hi-Tech Solutions Ltd., a boutique company, offers all-inclusive process improvement and organizational development services together with our professional partners in Israel, Europe, and the United States. Our customers include start-ups and large hi-tech firms in the realms of defense, finance, healthcare, communications, and more.

 

We work in synergy with our customers to define and deploy lean organizational structures and effective management and engineering processes. We Help managers to grow and become leaders and fulfill the potential of the organization, theirs, and their employees.

These tailor-made solutions are based on the customer needs, culture, and products characteristic and are using state-of-the-art models, frameworks, and standards such as SAFe(R), CMMI, ISO, PMI and advanced methods.

With more than twenty-five years of experience as a manager, Tami Zemel, Ph.D., has initiated and mastered a host of state-of-the-art management and leadership theories and methods. For fifteen years, she coached process improvement programs in more than forty companies.

 

As a mentor and consultant, she has meticulously and caringly guided managers at various levels of seniority to fulfill their potential and improve their business operations.

Dr. Zemel developed the Spring2Tech "The Springboard for Your Next Job in Hi-Tech" method for jobseekers, and "The 3 Cycles of Leadership" model that is used as a basis for our Lead Right Now (LRN) workshops.

Tami is a Certified Scaled Agile Framework for Lean Enterprise (SAFe   ) Program Consultant and certified to teach SAFe   Scrum Master (SSM), Product Manager/Product Owner (PM/PO), Advanced Scrum Master (ASM), and Leading SAFe   Courses.

Dr. Zemel is one of 200 High Maturity Lead Appraisers worldwide to be certified by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) of Carnegie Mellon University to lead formal appraisals of companies using the CMMI models as a reference. Her Ph.D. thesis dealt with the management of the development of large and complex System of Systems (SoS).

Dr. Tami Zemel is a specialist in software development, R&D management, and leadership. Her areas of expertise span software and systems engineering, quality assurance, project management, and organizational development.

Michael has more than 40 years of experience as a manager in all levels of the organization from team leader to VP for Operations and Project Management.

Michael is a specialist in leading large and complex mission-critical projects and execution in large hi-tech companies.

Having both technical and business development background Michael guides teams and individuals in proposal preparations, contract negotiations, pricing, project planning and monitoring and risk management.
