Tangram Hi-Tech Solutions Ltd. was founded in 1999 by Dr.
Tami Zemel. We offer all-inclusive process improvement and
organizational development services together with our professional
partners in Israel, Europe, and the United States.
Dr. Tami Zemel is a specialist in software development and
R&D management. Her areas of expertise span software and systems
engineering, quality assurance, project management, and organizational
development.
After a successful career at RAFAEL, Dr. Zemel founded Tangram.
She consults to start-up and established global hi-tech companies,
coaches process improvement programs, performs diagnosis,
and conducts training programs to improve organizational management
and engineering capabilities. She is a frequent lecturer at
national and international conferences on software engineering,
change management, and process improvement.

Dr. Zemel received a Ph.D. from New Jersey Institute of Technology
in software engineering, specializing in mega-system development
processes, domain analysis and software architectures. Dr. Zemel is
an authorized HM SCAMPI Lead AppraiserSM and an authorized Introduction to the CMMISM Version 1.2 Instructor.
Tangram is an authorized SEI Partner to offer SCAMPISM appraisals and
Intorduction to the CMMI SM course.
Tangram partners with Comskil Inc., a U.S-based organizational
consulting service, to offer CBA IPA assessmnet services.
Tangram is a transition organization of the Practical Software
and Systems Measurement (PSM) project. |
